Langley Skating Club’s LEFS Program is a figure skating program focused on introductory figure skating skills for participants entering the sport after their thirteenth birthday. Teen/Adult offers group lessons with 100% coach-directed time.

Equipment

• Long hair must be neatly tied back or in a bun.
• Skating dress, skating skirt, or stretchy clothing is recommended. Jeans and sweaters with hoods are not permitted.
